ISA Administrator

This friendly highly successful investment business with offices based in Sevenoaks, Kent, is looking to hire a highly organised, methodical, animated individual to join them as a PART-TIME ISA Administrator to cover for maternity.  This will be initially offered as a fixed 6-month contract following interview.

Hours are from 8.45 to 5.00 pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

The main purpose of the role is to set up and maintain accurate and complete investment accounting records and reporting systems for the Company's Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) in accordance with the procedures laid down.

The duties involved are varied and comprise of administration, checking dividends due, liaison with internal departments regarding settlement of dividends to client accounts, reconciliation of these accounts, resolve discrepancies. As this is to be offered as a fixed term contract, you should be available to take up this contract in November/December and be prepared to commit for the duration of the contract.

You will preferably educated to degree level in a quantitative subject, although this is not essential;

You should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, good strong administrative experience preferably gained from the Financial Services sector, strong PC skills and a "will do/can do" attitude.
