Team Administrator

We are currently looking for a TEAM ADMINISTRATOR for this medium-sized business with offices based in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The role is very much a processing role and CV's are welcomed from candidates that have several years experience gained from a FINANCIAL SERVICES environment with strong administrative capabilities.

The main purpose of the role is to maintain accurate and complete accounting records in accordance with the FSA and internal compliance.

• Process cash transactions for Clients
• Deal with administration-related queries from clients and third parties
• Input and amendments of client data
• Assist with reconciliation of cash daily, investigate discrepancies
• Ad-hoc project work on behalf of the team

You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to prioritise, strong attention to detail, organised, methodical, accurate, client-focused and able to work as part of a team.
