Conveyance Assistant

Due to expansion our client, a large solicitors based in Sidcup are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant - Post Exchange to join their team.

You will be working as part of a busy team responsible for progressing residential conveyancing matters after contracts have been exchanged through to completion and registration at H M Land Registry.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, working as part of a team with the ability to work on your own initiative. Organisation and communication skills are essential.

Some of your duties will include

• Opening new matters
• Sending and receiving Client Care packs
• Diarising and dealing with completion days
• Ensuring that completion funds are received
• Paying estate agents
