Customer Service

Our client is a rapidly expanding financial business dealing with loans and personal finance. 

They currently require people with inbound call centre/customer service experience to join their rapidly growing team. You will be dealing with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls dealing with loan applications and general customer queries.

They are offering a competitive basic salary and the opportunity to potentially earn between £100 -£250 per month in commission.

The ideal candidate will need to have exceptional communication skills and will need to have worked in a customer services/call centre.
