Investment Administration Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity offered by this highly successful and rapidly expanding Invstment Management business, with state of the art offices, easily accessible from either London Bridge or Cannon Street BR.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of client investment portfolios
  • Facilitate the efficient running of the investment team across other areas of the business;
  • Client meeting preparation - collating file notes, recent portfolio transactions, investment strategy presentations
  • General administration tasks relating to the monitoring of client accounts;
  • Provide support services to the investment team and deal with client enquiries both verbally and in writing;
  • Assist in the collation of performance data across the group
  • Assist with compliance liaison and operation of the team;
  • To assist with client reporting

This would ideally suit a candidate that has a minimum of 2-3 years experience gained from a FSA regulated business from an administrative/support role, be educated to A level standard of education, strong PC skills to include Word/Excel.

 

Work experience in a similar role is favourable over exam results. However an Industry IAQ would be an advantage.

 

You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of team as well as independently.

 

This is a new role and offers the opportunity to get involved and take ownership of the administrative side of this integral part of their business.
