Outbound Sales Agent

Dynamic, fast growing Consumer Lending Company based in Bromley, Kent requires an outbound sales agent.

We are looking for ambitious applicants who can work within a hard working & dedicated team. The successful applicant must also be adaptable and flexible to the changes occurring with a rapidly expanding organisation. 

The candidate with have a minimum of 6 months Sales or call centre experience. They will be customer focused whilst also target driven and excited by the opportunity to work within a transparent environment where excellence is rewarded with individual monthly bonus opportunities. 

Duties / Responsibilities to include: 

-      Customer focussed

-      Outbound calls to loan applicants – timing critical

-      Maximising Loan Conversions

-      Converting new business as well as up selling existing applications

-        Delivering a balanced level of productivity and quality whilst maintaining high levels of customer service

-        Meet/exceed department targets

-        Shift work (within 8AM to 7PM M-F & Sat AM)

Key Skills: 

-        Outbound calling/ Sales experience

-        Speed and accuracy with regards to calls

-        Enthusiastic, flexible, professional, a team player, a “can-do” attitude

-        Good communication and negotiating skills

-        Target focused and driven

-        Adaptable to ongoing change

-        Sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

-        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight daily deadlines

-        Must have strong numeracy and literacy skills
