IT Software & Website Support

Our client requires an enthusiastic IT graduate who is skilled to an intermediate level, to offer internal (and secondary external) IT and website support.

This varied and busy role includes;

Supporting MS Server environment (SBS2003/2007 & Server 2008); MS Exchange & Terminal Server
Office networking, PC and office equipment maintenance
Support Case Management software users
Website updating and maintenance
Answering calls to deal with internal and external queries (Web based online system)

Candidates must have a decent knowledge of MS Server products and web design software e.g. Dreamweaver with the desire and initiative to develop their knowledge, involving some self learning.

Candidates must have strong organisational, time management, planning & prioritising skills backed with good written and verbal communication skills.  This is a great opportunity for someone to grow within the company.
