I.T. Recruitment Consultant

Our client is a leading IT recruitment Company dedicated to supplying the best IT professionals. The Company is recognised as being the most successful resource providers in the business with consultants working across the UK, US, mainland Europe, Russia and Japan.

They are currently looking looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years previous recruitment, and although it does not have to be IT recruitment experience that would obviously be an advantage.

Duties will include

• Effective telephone communications skills. This includes questioning and listening skills, speaking clearly and properly, and focussing on the call
• Confidence when dealing with clients, whether by telephone or face-to-face. Able to give a professional image of Apps IT to clients, and communicate professionally in writing as well
• Effective negotiation skills, both with the client and candidate
• Able to generate own leads and business opportunities

Key tasks and responsibilities 

• Achieve targets, such as number of interviews and placements for a given period
• Develop effective client relationships so we become the provider of choice for our clients
• Develop candidate relationships such that they prefer to deal with us over other agencies

The Company are offering a basic salary of £20k, plus unlimited commission earnings. In addition, once qualifying periods have been met they also offer free private medical cover and pension benefits.
