Personal, yet Professional

I first worked with Job Finders in 1999, when I gave up my job in London in favour of finding a local position. At our very first meeting I immediately warmed to Debbie, her personal, yet professional approach was a refreshing change from the other agencies that I’d been visiting. She took time to talk about what I’d done and more importantly to understand what I was looking for and which type of company would be right for me. I remember leaving her office feeling like a valuable resource instead of just another CV in the pile.

Job Finders kept me busy with temporary assignments, which I was always fully prepared for, rather than turning up with just a name and no idea what I’d actually be required to do, as was the norm with other agencies. Debbie then found me a permanent position, which was perfect, both in terms of skill set and company culture.

Since that time, due to redundancies and career progression, I’ve moved around a few times, and I’ve only ever worked with Job Finders on my job searches. Because of the way Debbie works, I’m always 100% confident that if she puts me forward for something it’ll be a good match for me, as I know she will have taken the time to visit her client’s company and will understand what type of personalities work there and which of her candidates could be successful there.

I’ve never had any hesitation in recommending Job Finders into the companies that I’ve worked for and without exception they have always provided an excellent service and quickly become a ‘preferred supplier’.

In a nutshell, since that initial meeting twelve years ago, I have never worked with any other recruitment companies, either as a candidate or as a client and I hope I never have to.
