The History of Jobfinders
The Jobfinders brand was established in 1995 by owner and Managing Director, Debbie Lock, with strong principles and aims:
- To build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike by providing a friendly, honest and professional recruitment service;
- To offer clients value for money by matching the right candidate to the right role first time, or receive a free replacement guarantee for up to and including the first 6 months of their employment (terms and conditions apply);
- To support candidates throughout the recruitment process: conducting face-to-face registration interviews where possible; taking time to understand ability and ambitions; matching only to suitable, legitimate job vacancies;
